Arnold and Susan Stockford risked it all when they opened the doors of Stockford Reefer Services in the fall of 1997. The two founders – with their expertise in reefer service – struck out on their own to launch the company. Matthew, Arnold and Susan’s son, then 13 years old, enjoyed working alongside his parents at every opportunity. The trucking industry runs deep in the veins of the Stockford family, with multiple members working in the industry every day. Since its launch back in ‘97, the company continues to grow and expand their services to help trucking professionals when they need it most. Stockford Reefer has since relocated from its original location in Belleville, New Brunswick to its current facility off exit 191, Woodstock, NB. Opening their new location on December 7, 2016, the Stockford’s now have a new, state-of-the-art facility to better serve the growing demands of their customers. Matthew and Hilary Stockford own and manage the business since purchasing it from Matthew’s parents in 2013. Matthew and the team know that when their customers visit, they need to get back on the road as soon as possible, that’s why the Stockford Reefer team is honoured to uphold the superior level of customer service that the company was built on and has become known for.
